At our Installation Meeting on Thursday 16th May 2024 we will be celebrating the Lodge’s Golden Anniversary. We would be delighted to welcome any Brethren would like to join us for what is guaranteed to be a memorable occasion. Please do get in touch if you would like to visit.

St Swithun’s Lodge are meeting on Thursday 23rd February and will be conducting a double second degree ceremony for two of our recent initiates.

This will also be our first meeting back in the Council Chamber in The Guildhall, the first in that venue since 2015.

St Swithuns Lodge will be meeting on the following evenings at The Cosener’s House, Abingdon:

Thursday 16th June
Thursday 21st July
Thursday 22nd September (note, this is not our usual third Thursday of the month)
Thursday 20th October

In addition we will be visiting Gosport on 15th December.

Following the delay of Step 4 to 19th July our first proper meeting for 2021 is now planned for Thursday 22nd July. Please do get in touch if you would like to visit.

As the lockdown in England continues to ease we are making plans for restarting meetings. Assuming everything continues going to plan then we are pleased to announce that our first meeting is set to take place, subject to any further changes with COVID-19 restrictions, on 24^th June 2021.

We will be Electing our Worshipful Master and Installing him and his Lodge Officers, followed by our usual dinner.

July will be a First Degree, and this will also be the ceremony for an additional meeting in August when the Brethren from our Sister Lodge, St Swithun’s Gosport, will be joining us.
